Do we need to make a devtool necessarily, or any type of app would work?

Until its leveraging and qualifying all the things mentioned, I was thinking about something for health. It includes azure cloud and AI services, ofcourse, or do we have to make only dev tools?

    Any app on any theme works as long as it leverages Azure services and and uses GitHub Copilot with VS Code or Visual Studio!

    Copilot with Neovim works! Just make sure you're following all other requirements.
